This project includes a set of postcards created to promote a gala for the Black Church Security Network’s A Sankofa Celebration.

Bold colors visually embody the spirit and purpose of BCFSN’s 10th Anniversary Gala. The bright color palette reflects the vibrancy, strength, and resilience of a movement rooted in faith and collective action—honoring a decade of growth, impact, and innovation. These rich, confident hues convey celebration and pride while signaling forward momentum toward food sovereignty and freedom.

You will notice images of the African Violet used in the postcards, often recognized as a symbol of resilience, spirituality and devotion, perfectly aligning with the spirit of A Sankofa Celebration.
